Tool Carrier Drill Rigs

Liebherr LRB355

Drills up to 90m deep when in Kelly mode . Installs 1000mm Diameter CFA to 35.5m, sheet piles, RAPs, Impact hammer, DTH, full displacement piles to 30m, double rotary to 900mm, a very versatile tooling carrier. 450kNm of torque. NZs Largest piling rig!

Liebherr LRB23

Drills up to 50m deep when in Kelly mode, full displacement piling, RAPs. CFA and Cased CFA piles 29m deep up to 1200mm diameter. DTH, Vibro hammer which can drive single piece 18m sheets/casings. 300kNm of torque.

Liebherr LRB18

Installs 600mm CFA 16m deep, sheet piles, RAPs, impact hammer, displacement piles, double rotary to 620mm diameter.

ABI TM14-18

Installs 750mm CFA 17m deep, sheet piles, RAPs, impact hammer, displacement piles, double rotary to 750mm diameter.

Fixed Mast Drill Rigs

2 x Liebherr LB24

Capable of kelly drilling to 50m, full displacement piling, DTH, Olivier Piles. Cased CFA capabilities that can achieve 24m deep piles up to 1000mm diameter.

IMT A215

Designed for different configurations. It’s high torque and high-performance winch can reach great depths of 42m in Kelly mode. Set up for CFA piles, soil mixed piles and DTH.

2 x Soilmec SR45

Installs bored piles up to 2m dia. to 41m deep also set up for displacement piles, DTH Hammer, soil mixed piles, turbojet piles, CFA piles; 185kNm of torque.

Bauer RG 21

Specifically set up for installing sheet piles and RAPs on a mast with 9T down force and 13T uplift. Mast height is approximately 19m.

TD75 Electric Micropile Rig

The TD-75 is a fully electric over hydraulic model that is perfect for limited access and confined space projects where fumes are an issue. This unit can be set up with a drifter or rotary head. It is capable of installing hollow bar micropiles, cased piles and coring. This unit is set up with a double clamp system and requires a minimum of 100 KW of power to operate. NPPI has up to 10” clamp and breaker for this unit along with multiple mast heights for limited access situations. Features of the TD75
