CLL constructed an anchored reinforced concrete palisade retaining wall. The ground was very wet and almost collapsing. To remedy CLL needed to use temporary heavy wall casings for the 18m deep piles.
A 30 tonne crane was used to place the cages which were delivered in the full 18m lengths. A GEAX EK 90 drill rig was used for drilling the piles. A reinforced concrete capping beam was constructed along the pile line with plastic conduits installed. The conduits were for the anchors to go through to support the top of the palisade wall.
