CLL have been hard at work at the Kauri Residences, a collection of 53 residences planed for beachside luxury living, currently in construction in Browns Bay, on Auckland’s North Shore.
The team have successfully completed 479 x 450mm diameter secant bored piles for 4 car stacker pits, 60 x 600mm diameter building piles and 4 x 750mm diameter crane piles in Double Rotary mode, ranging from 9m to 16.5m deep.
This task was accomplished by using the LRB18 and ABI14/18 with a 20m tall mast, 10m (450mm), 17m (600m), and 15m (750mm) long DR Auger and casings.
