Original contract works were to complete timber driven piles. CLL had the ability to value engineer the project to complete 550no 400mm dia rotary displacement concrete columns 10m long.

Machinery used included CLL’s fixed mast Soilmec SR-45 and 1x 14t excavator.

All works were completed on schedule and within budget.

CLL’s SR-45 drill rig has an onboard computer, which can generate data during the piling process. This ensures each individual pile has it’s own data record to be included in the final site documentation. All site documentation and pile records were completed obtaining PS3.
